After extensive testing this waffle recipe proved to be the most versatile and easy to scale. A lot of other recipes use egg whites to whip in and add fluffiness, which they do. However, they also tend to be a lot sweeter and do not go with as many flavors as the ones from this recipe do. Additionally it saves you the trouble of separating 8 eggs at 8 in the morning. (a gluten free option is available on request)

None of our punches start with booze in them but liquor will be provided and you can mix to your preferred spice level (it may depend on how bad the movie is). Once again Liz went off book for the final recipe, mainly adding a bunch of (sometimes ground by mortar and pestle) hot Cheetos to the breading. Additionally, we are able to get away with just one dredge in egg and one in flour, not sue why but do be sure to soak them in hot sauce and buttermilk overnight. As usual Kneji Lopez-Alt has a fantastic staring point.
Get the recipe!Pâte à Choux And I are not friends. I have never once made a really good choux. Except one time! This is a Paris Brest (yes really) it is piped choux pastry baked, cut inhalf and filled with crème pat or mousseline. For the one pictured I used pistachio flavored mousseline which I made into a brittle first then added to pastry cream to give it a huge hit of flavor. Additionally used some pomegranates, mainly for color but they do complement the nuts as well, I used Claire Saffitz's recipe for the base which I highly recommend.

I know Liz has; I don't remember if I was there…Regardless their banana pudding is so famous all other forms of pudding are reduced to mere Jello's in its presence. It also tuns out that it is really easy to make! If you are like us you will need an extra box of Nila Wafers just to snack on.
